Shipping Policy

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched:

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfillment center where we will ship your item(s) within 2-5 business days.

SHIPPING:

Some countries charge extra and those costs are not our costs. We are not responsible for those costs and will not refund them!


After handling, we offer free shipping on all orders.

If you have not received your order within the time frame listed above, then please allow at least 1-2 more days prior to contacting us to check on the status of your shipping.

We will notify you with a tracking number by email when your items have been shipped. It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system. If the information has not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again later.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 6 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
